2. Reservations & Payments

a. Booking Process

• Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or via third-party booking platforms.
• A valid credit card is required to secure a booking.

b. Payment Policy

• We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.
• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the rate plan selected.
• Any outstanding balance must be paid at check-in unless otherwise arranged.

c. Cancellation & Refunds

• Standard Reservations: Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in will receive a full refund.
• Non-Refundable Reservations: No refunds or modifications are allowed after booking.
• No-Shows: Failure to check in without prior cancellation will result in full charge.
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time:  4:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for booking must be presented at check-in.

4. Guest Responsibilities

a. Conduct & House Rules

• Guests must respect other visitors and staff.
• Excessive noise or disruptive behavior is not allowed.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Designated smoking areas are available.

b. Damage & Liability

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property, furniture, or fixtures.
• The cost of repairs or excessive cleaning may be charged to the guest’s credit card.

c. Lost or Stolen Items

• Great Bear Manor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended belongings.
• Safe deposit boxes may be available upon request.
